Your access to and use of GoMeetLive (“Service”) is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. By accessing or using GoMeetLive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the provisions of this agreement.

2. Age Requirement — 18+ Only

You must be at least 18 years old to use GoMeetLive. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this Service. We will terminate your access immediately if we discover you are a minor.

3. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GoMeetLive for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use GoMeetLive only in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree NOT to engage in illegal activities, harassment, explicit content sharing, impersonation, stalking, bot usage, spam, or intellectual property infringement.

5. Prohibited Content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Non-consensual intimate images
• Malware or harmful code
• Privacy-violating content

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GoMeetLive is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties regarding the Service, error-free operation, or user safety.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoMeetLive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor user behavior, remove users who violate these Terms, and report illegal activity to law enforcement.

9. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access immediately without notice for serious violations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
